How it works

Technology from us. Money movement from licensed providers.

VoxoPay gives you one integration for many payment providers. Here is exactly what we do, what your provider does, and where your money goes.

1 · Checkout

Your customer pays on VoxoPay hosted checkout, a payment link, or your own app through our API.

2 · Orchestration

VoxoPay checks the request, picks an eligible route on your connected provider account and starts the payment.

3 · Collection & settlement

The licensed provider collects the money and settles it to you under your agreement with them.

What VoxoPay does

  • API, hosted checkout, payment links and dashboard
  • Routing across your connected providers
  • Payment verification with the provider, server-side
  • Signed webhooks, reports and reconciliation views
  • Business verification on our side and risk monitoring

What VoxoPay does not do

  • Hold, pool or store your money or your customers' money
  • Operate wallets or pay out balances
  • Convert currencies or move money across borders
  • Store card numbers (card payments only ever use provider-hosted forms)

Connecting your provider account

To accept live payments you need an account with a supported licensed payment service provider, opened in your business's name and verified under the provider's own KYC. You then connect that account to VoxoPay once. From then on VoxoPay handles the integration: you never write code against the provider directly, and adding a second provider for redundancy needs no code changes.

Where a provider offers an approved platform or sub-merchant programme, VoxoPay can help you onboard through it. We switch these arrangements on provider by provider, only after the provider has approved them.

Payment confirmation you can trust

A payment is marked successful only when the provider confirms it and VoxoPay re-checks the status with the provider over a trusted server-to-server connection, matching the amount, currency and merchant. Browser redirects are never treated as confirmation. If a provider's response is unclear, the payment is marked unknown and reconciled before anything is retried.

Fees

Payments collected through the platform are credited to your balance minus a transparent collection fee, and withdrawals carry a small fee by amount range. Both are shown on the pricing page and itemised on every transaction.
