• Business data: business name, type, country, contact details, and verification documents when you submit them.
• Payment data: payment amounts, statuses, references and the customer details needed to process a payment (such as phone number and name). We never store card numbers.
• Security data: sign-in events, IP addresses, device information and audit logs.

Why we use it

To provide and secure the service, verify businesses, prevent fraud, meet legal obligations, and communicate with you about your account.

Who we share it with

With the payment providers you connect (to process your payments), with service providers who host and operate our systems under contract, and with authorities where the law requires it. We do not sell personal data.

Retention and your rights

We keep data only as long as needed for these purposes and for legal record-keeping. You may request access, correction or deletion where the law allows, by contacting us through the contact page.
