Acceptable Use Policy

You may not use VoxoPay for any of the following, or for anything the connected provider prohibits:

• Illegal goods or services, or activities that require a licence you do not hold
• Unlicensed gambling, lotteries or betting
• Money transmission, currency exchange, pooled funds, investment schemes or crypto-asset exchange services, unless properly licensed and approved by us in writing
• Pyramid or Ponzi schemes and "get rich quick" offers
• Counterfeit goods or intellectual property infringement
• Weapons, drugs and other regulated products sold without the required authorisation
• Fraudulent, deceptive or unfair practices towards customers
• Processing payments on behalf of other businesses (aggregation) without our written approval

We may suspend live processing while we investigate suspected violations, and we will tell you why unless the law prevents us.
