Payouts
Every successful payment is credited to your VoxoPay balance. Withdraw it to mobile money or a bank account whenever you like, or send money to customers, suppliers and staff from your own app with the Payouts API.

Payments API
A predictable REST API with JSON everywhere, idempotency keys, cursor pagination and version pinning.

- Ask which methods are available for a country, currency and amount
- Refunds where the routed provider supports them
- Manage webhook endpoints and replay events through the API
Routing & reliability
Connect more than one provider and VoxoPay picks an eligible route for each payment. Unhealthy providers are taken out of rotation automatically.
- Priority, weighted and health-based routing policies
- If an outcome is uncertain we check with the provider before any retry, so customers are not charged twice
- Every routing decision is logged with its reason
